PRODUCTS

Q. What products are used to create the designs on your decor pieces?

Most of our designs are hand painted with 100% natural henna And acrylic paints.They are then sealed on with a non toxic, non flammable sealant. In some instances rhinestones and other embelishments are used to enhance the design.

Q. How long do the henna designs last?

Provided décor pieces are stored and displayed at room temperature, and are not subjected to aggressive handling, the designs can last many years.

Q. Can Bespoke Henna Candles be burnt?

Yes with the exception of candles with added rhinestones. Please be aware that candles with rhinestones can be highly flammable and should be used for display purposes only. Some of our candles have rhinestones only at their base, these candles are suitable to burn provided they are burnt out in good time before melting to the foot of the candle.

Q. Can colours and designs of décor pieces be customised?

Sure. If adjustments to design and colour are required please contact us stating the modifications you require and we will do our best to meet your needs.

Q. Is every product bespoke?

Yes. Every individual piece in our collection is designed and hand painted by Farrah. As a result of this stocked items that are ordered will almost always be the same, but may be subject to a very slight variation in design and colour.

Q. Why can’t I see the piece I like any more?

All items in every collection are unique, all of which appear in our gallery. If for any reason an item is removed from our website please refer to our Facebook or Instagram page for the product code and mention this if you wish to contact us with with your enquiry.

Q. Can I commission a piece to be made?

Yes. New and existing surfaces can be painted upon to meet individual requirements. Commissioned based work is charged on an individual basis, please contact us for further information.

 

ORDERING

Q. How do I place an order?

If you would like to order an item or items from any of the Bespoke Henna collections please contact us stating the product codes/s and you will receive a PayPal invoice via email shortly after. This invoice is valid for 7 days and will state the total cost of the product with delivery, and the estimated delivery date. All commissioned based work will receive a quote prior to being invoiced.

Q. Which payment methods do you accept?

We are currently only able to accept payments via PayPal, bank transfer and cheque. Please notify us with your order if you would like to pay by cheque.

 

DELIVERY

Q. How long does it take to deliver an item?

The estimated delivery time of your order will normally appear on your payment invoice. We endeavour to ship individual items within a few days of being made. Each item is hand painted and individually wrapped, therefore items in the existing collection can take a maximum of 4 weeks to be delivered Nationally.

Q. How far can you deliver?

Bespoke Henna ships worldwide.

Q. What is the charge for delivery?

UK orders are charged per weight therefore shipping fees will vary, you will be notified of this in your invoice. Please contact us to enquire about the rate of international delivery.

Q. Can I cancel or change my order?

We cannot accept cancellations after an order has been placed, for many orders the work is often started within the same day. changes to an order can be made up to 24 hours of placing it by notifying us through email at info@bespokehenna.com. We will confirm any changes before the order is completed.

Q. Can I return my item(s)?

We are unable to accept returns. In unfortunate instances of failed delivery, or damaged goods, we will do our best to re-send or exchange the order for a new one. Such deliveries will need to be signed for.
